CCAS Residence Hall Peer Advisor
Residence Hall Peer advisors work collaboratively alongside CCAS professional advisors in one or more of our residence hall drop-in advising locations: Dejope, Witte, Sellery, Chadbourne, and Ogg. Peer advisors facilitate drop-in advising conversations with students and perform a variety of organizational tasks for their CCAS residence hall offices.

SOAR Peer Advisor
CCAS SOAR Peers work collaboratively with professional advisors to do the following:
- facilitate 1:1 and group conversations with incoming students about their academic transition to UW-Madison
- Teach students how to use enrollment tools and explore academic opportunities
- Consistently contribute towards a positive student experience at SOAR

Front Office Admin Assistants

Our Front Office Admin Assistants serve as the first point of contact in the CCAS main office. Admin Assistants greet all office visitors, help undergraduate students in accessing advising, answer questions via email and phone, and provide administrative office support to CCAS professional staff. Our Front Office Admin Assistants gain skills in problem-solving and communication, are committed to helping students, and possess a willingness to learn.
